Crisis Resilience Fund

We are waiting for confirmation from Leicestershire County Council on how residents will be able to access the Crisis Resilience Fund. We expect an update by the end of March and will share full details as soon as we have them. Please do not call about this fund until further notice.  

Business rates bills

We are aware of an issue affecting some of the 2026/27 non-domestic rates (NDR) bills that we recently issued. If this has affected your bill, you do not need to contact us. A new bill will will be sent to you soon.
