We've made the decision to postpone some services on Friday 9 January, as heavy snow is forecast in our area.
Waste collections: If you are due a waste or recycling collection on Friday 9 January, please put your bin or containers out on Monday 12 January. This also applies to trade waste.
Food waste: Unfortunately, one of our vehicles has broken down, so we weren't able to collect food waste from around 1,000 homes on Thursday 8 January. Please check our Recycling News page for updates and advice.
Collection calendars: Remember to check your collection dates by visiting my.nwleics.gov.uk or by putting your postcode in the ‘My location’ box here on our website. You can also request calendars in other formats (large print, Braille).
Customer Centre: Our Customer Centre in Coalville will be closed on Friday 9 January. We will keep an eye on the weather and will reopen the centre if we are able to. Remember, you can request, report and pay for things on our website. Our phone lines and emails will be open as usual.
